Repetition of the Disharmony
Decision 3: repetition of the disharmony
The texture is usually a possibility for repetitions because it is very difficult to find a good solution for repetitions without texture effect as regards layout. A wallpaper could, e.g., look like this:
We see that there are color sequences in this texture. So this is not a dull repetition of the associated colors, but also a color row. Textures very frequently include color sequences because otherwise they would simply look too trivial. Nowadays, wallpapers always look a bit trivial anyway because they have worn out. In the end, design is also a matter of money: a company that budgets only a small amount of money for their internet appearance does not grant a great scope for design because creativity takes time! After all, a designer is not a machine that can produce one idea after the other on command. A wallpaper can be produced very quickly and thus is very cost-effective.
