The colors in the turquoise-colored tufts reach from yolk to violet, mainly focused on the turquoise color range. In this example, turquoise is split up widely. The quantitative contrast results from the juxtaposition of red/turquoise. The colorful-uncolorful contrast is formed by uncolorful red and colorful turquoise. The light-dark contrast is created by dark red and black on the one hand and bright, split-up turquoise on the other hand.
 
Of course, such a wallpaper is not elegant enough for a company's homepage. Elegance is strongly influenced by shapes and their distribution on the web site. The chapter Surface Design deals with harmonic and beautiful shapes.
